Some very good people- hard working and dedicated.

Cons

Lower on the pay scale for relevant positions in the area. Long hours including nights and weekends.

Great Company to work for if you have a family

Pros

FPRS office environment is very laid back and quiet. A lot of the employees have been here for a while so it has a family atmosphere. One thing I really like about the company is the interaction between upper management and the employees, you can always find our CEO out about talking to the employees and interacting not just in the office away from everyone.

Cons

I don't really have any bad things to say. I thinks every company has its issues, it's up to you how you handle and seal with them. For every bad things you have 10 great things
