Everyone has a genuine interest in each other. Healthy culture. As EA's, we play a large role in project management and client interaction. Remote 24/7. Focus is on diversity. Awesome CEO!

Cons

No upward movement. Only one level of executive assistant.

Pros

Innovative and relevant work with senior-most execs, i.e., investors and CEOs. Dealing with their most pressing leadership issues. Incredibly talented team with diverse backgrounds. A very fun group to work with. Control of your hours and career destiny.

Cons

Hard to get in! Can be difficult to adjust to remote working model if you are used to a big office. Work flow can be difficult to predict at times, requiring some flexibility.
