      Pros

      Clients tell us the work we do for them delivers tremendous value and impacts their results positively. Our team is among the best and brightest around, and are friendly to a person. Our culture fosters freedom and autonomy while also encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

      Cons

      We have always worked remotely, but it was particularly tough to be apart in the pandemic. We are working to bring teams back together to reconnect, but could do more and be faster about it.

      Pros

      Great chance to have client impact by working with amazing leaders on their most challenging leadership issues. Amazing colleagues - top performers recruited from world class firms like McKinsey, Bain, Goldman, etc. but who also are human and down to earth.

      Cons

      As a virtual firm you have less person time with colleagues. But the tradeoff is that you have increased flexibility in where/when you work.

      Great freedom to chart your own path. Smart and nice colleagues. Interesting client problems.

      Cons

      Too many ex McK partners have brought some of the culture over (fire drills, unnecessary decks). Comp does not grow in line with market.
