      long hours, rude customer, no transportation, insurance is later

      Pros

      Freedom and flexibility model Strong culture and kind colleagues even though it's a remote firm Transparent compensation structure (commission structure means you get paid for any extra work you do) The ability to choose the types of projects you work on and how much work you take on

      Remote Model means you don't see your team often
