Pros

Being on the EA team is amazing. We all share the same values of hard work and collaboration. We care about each other and have each other's backs. We are all encouraged to grow and develop with the support of the People team. We can really exemplify the company credo with the great ghSMART culture.

Cons

Working from home means making a conscious effort to get a walk around the block without the phone.

Pros

10 months later and I still continue to count my blessings. The A-Team, EAs and Consultants are all extremely nice and professional. I am proud to be part of the ghSmart Team.

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons to report.

Pros

Read the ghSMART mission statement, credo and values and you will immediately recognize that it is someplace special. This firm is committed to helping clients make well-informed, data driven decisions around hiring and process management. Feedback from new members of our team consistently acknowledge the thorough on-boarding practices and warm, generous support from colleagues If you are seeking a fast-paced environment and interesting, high-impact work with top caliber talent, you need not look any further. I intend for ghSMART to be my last employer. I could not be happier.

Cons

I find it difficult to come up with "cons" but can offer these thoughts. Working from home is not for everyone. It requires self-discipline, a healthy commitment to making deadlines and a dedicated office space that never compromises professional appearances (clear phone reception, reliable high-speed internet, free of background noises--doorbells, kids, pets, etc.). Your day will not necessarily be shorter because you work from home. Self-discipline works both ways: you may have to force yourself to step away, take breaks and define boundaries. The time I once spent commuting is now used to get an earlier jump on the day, but it also affords me other types of flexibility with regard to when, how and where I work (which is actually a pro).
