      Pros

      I love the opportunity to be a trusted thought partner to my consultants. This position goes way beyond administrative support: my thoughts, opinions, and contributions impact their work. I feel very supported by my EBP team! They are extremely encouraging and supportive of my growth at the firm. They provide opportunities for us to connect and learn from colleagues through training and office hours. I feel very comfortable going to the EBP experience team with my concerns and feedback.

      Cons

      Sometimes, you can feel disconnected because we are all working remotely. You have to make a little more effort to connect with colleagues compared to working in an office.

      The best team I've worked with! We live our values in meaningful ways and while I’ve worked for those who said that in name, ghSMART is the real deal. We partner with our teams and are valued for our insights and opinions. The work is fulfilling and challenging every day,

      The team is full of incredibly brilliant, kind and supportive people--so rare! Clients are top tier and the work is impactful. Leadership team values transparency and are open to ideas or trying things a new way. Working from home gives me the flexibility I need to show up as my best self to work while being present for my family.

      Cons

      Working remotely can be isolating if you don't proactively engage with the team.
