GoTransverse was by far the best place I have worked during my whole working career, and for the following reasons: People – One can never underestimate how big a role the interactions and bonds play in a company. This is one of the most important reasons that kept me here for three years. Culture - Closely tied to the people of course, but the culture is what can make or break a company. This includes the approachability of management and creating an environment where everyone’s opinion matters. Cooperation – It amazed me from the very beginning how readily people are willing to help and share information here. I never felt that anyone tried to create a knowledge silo and no matter who is doing the asking and who is doing the answering, I always felt that there was a willingness to help advance the business and not protect a knowledge domain for reason of job security. Customer first focus – This is the key factor of any successful company. Benefits are great (health and open PTO) and the catered food 3 days a week is also an added bonus.
