      Great coworkers and the reward for helping others is rewarding

      Cons

      Bad management, only care about you working for them if you make them money and if you are meeting the metrics. Only will be successful if you get an industry that is constantly hiring. Bad base salary as well that is not livable if you aren't making commission.

      Pros

      Flexible remote lifestyle, Good commission, New and exciting day each day. Great tools to succeed and a good training program to prepare you for the recruitment world.

      Cons

      Depending on who you report to can be a little bit of micro management. If you arent producing for the company your job will be under threat (as to be expected in a sales type atmosphere). Be Expected to be a bit of a cell phone warrior. If you arent up for cold calling this will not be the atmosphere for you. The Draw against commission pay structure can also be an issue if you arent producing.
