Perfect remote work opportunity. We have people recruiting in the US and living as far away as Germany. You get out of it what you put into it.

Cons

Like all recruiting--sometimes a grind. Coaching among teams varies widely. Land with a good coach and you're golden.

Micromanaging leadership; deceptive recruiting of their own employees. They give you a fake job to go source for to build their database of candidates. End of story.
