      + Company trains based having 40 years in the industry + Healthy competitive team environment + Work from home with very good earning potential

      +No clear track to leadership +lack of leadership at the team level. Teams seem to be to big for the amount of leadership

      Pros

      gpac has been a blessing for my family and I ever since retiring from the Army. I wanted to find something that would allow me the availability to be present in my family's lives more often while still being happy with my work. My position at gpac offers that as I'm now not spending 1-2 hours commuting to work. Which also means I'm not spending as much on gas and everything else that comes with the daily commute to a workplace.
