      I have worked at Gpac since 2012. I believe that the flexibility, along with the leadership people want people to succeed. It truly is a team environment where people want to help people.

      Pros

      Gpac offers the opportunity to build your desk and run it like your own business, but you have the support services of training, IT, accounting, and marketing. If you are driven and willing to put in the work, the earning potential is incredible! After the initial training and development period, there is truly a great work life balance.

      Cons

      It takes a lot of hours at the beginning to learn the recruitment trade and develop a reputation, but so does every business that you’re starting.
