Pros
The Coaches are incredibly supportive- and they are managing a full plate. But they get in the trenches with you. Big team collaborations, which in my experience at other agencies that just isn't usually the case. The commission structure is lucrative. High risk=High reward.
Cons
Not so much a con as it is a reality. It takes a while to build a book of business, the support during the process makes up for it.
