      Pros

      This company has been amazing to work for as I approach the completion of 2yrs. The training, the tools provided, the internal support, the weekly on-going training and the team and teamwork can't be beat! They want you to succeed and have a proven formula for success! Not to mention, uncapped earning potential and can work from home.

      Cons

      If you can't hold yourself accountable for your time, organization and planning, then this is not the place for you. You get out of it, what effort you put in.

      Pros

      I've been at gpac for nearly 6 years. The work/life balance has been incredible. I haven't missed a single life event, milestone, sporting event, or doctors appointment for my children do to work. I've had the flexibility to be a father, a friend, a husband, and a leader. I've earned this luxury, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Sincerely, my life has improved 10X from where I was at both personally and professionally, prior to starting at gpac.

      Cons

      Not a con, but this job isn't for everyone, and that's okay. It's a high energy, fast moving business, where you need to earn your keep, and no one is "entitled" to anything. Work/life balance is earned, and expectations are clearly laid out on the front end. If you do the bare minimum, you will likely fail.
