Pros

Great training. The onboarding is fast-paced and is a 'water-hose' type style. Great tools, even though you have to pay for them out of your meager pay.

Cons

Very fast paced. Very little support- at least my supervision. They don't take into account which areas are in a down-turn: for instance, during the Biden administration, oil and gas were written off by the administration on day one... but the areas were still assigned for recruitement.
