Our culture is refreshing and our team is incredibly supportive, always available to provide advice or help when you're dealing with a pressing client or candidate issue. The level of flexibility is fantastic, especially when I think back to my previous job, where I was confined to a desk and constrained to managing people during set hours and beyond. Being able to manage my own schedule and work at any time of day is a liberating feeling.
Cons
Although it may not be a drawback for me personally, it could be for some individuals. If you prefer a work environment where you are instructed on what to do or are accustomed to working within the rigid confines of a 9-to-5 schedule, this job may not be suitable for you. Our main focus is to grant our clients and candidates access to transformative opportunities, and we are committed to being available for them even if it means working late on a Friday evening at 8 pm.
