Pros

I did not experience any Pros

Cons

Disconnected from peers/coaches/senior leadership. All conversations revolved around $$$. "High Activity" job - aka, you're working HARD for every cent you earn. Company of about 200-250, but training class contained 50 new employees, they knew that very few people would make it through training because they were not honest up front about the requirements of the job.

We’re sorry you felt uninformed and disconnected. We appreciate receiving advice from those who work with us, we’re sorry it has to be here... Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is not taken lightly. We plan to look into ways to keep this from happening in the future.

Don’t Let Them Fool You

Pros

There are no pros to this company. It is a huge scam on all parts.

Cons

The list of cons is very long. They say you have flexibility but if you don’t work more than your regular 8-5 then you will be let go. The starting salary when I accepted the offer was 50k, a few months in they dropped it to 30k without notice. Your draw salary starts on day 1, and it is impossible to get out of it. I made multiple placements within a few months timeframe and never received a dime of commission. You are threatened daily/weekly to be let go if you don’t have the activity they are looking for. You are micromanaged the whole time you are there. They bring you in to find clients and candidates just to cut you and give it all to the senior recruiters. You are talked down to by the seniors of the company. It is a mental mind game and it is exhausting. I watched many skilled recruiters with multiple years at the company be let go because they had a rough month. It is not worth your time or energy to be a part of this company. Also the only reason there are good reviews on here is because they force you to write a review every few months and send them a screenshot of your review.

Pros

Work from home, equipment mailed to you.

Cons

Horrific micromanaging (at one point I had to cc my manager on every email, send her every resume, etc). They will keep you in 3 to 4 video conferences a day (roughly 45 minutes to an hour each), then screech at you about how many calls you are making. Literally got in trouble for not taking my cell phone to the BATHROOM so I could answer their calls on the toilet. Expected us to do free work in the evening and weekends (pay theft) so their Operations Department doesn't have to update their OWN databases. They have nearly two dozen websites, platforms, etc. that they expect you to use while making calls and reading resumes, all while sending insane bulk emails (500 a day, minimum when I was there). Management is clueless and instructs us to LIE when posting online. When you work in an industry where phones cannot be used for safety reasons, so folks get back to you on lunch hours and evenings, GPAC will claim this is "not an excuse". *eye roll* I finally resigned and they sent me a NDA to sign. Which I promptly ignored.
