gpac has been life-changing in terms of the flexibility and the compensation. I truly love that I am managing my own desk, which is like running your own business. The great news is that they offer the support of training, IT, accounts payable, accounts receivable, marketing, etc. that you'd have to pay for or do yourself if you truly were self-employed.
Cons
This job takes a commitment to working very hard in the beginning to learn your trade and develop clients. Once you are established, you just need to remain consistent with your activity.
