Pros

Earning potential is great. Some of the people are super nice, but on the other hand some of the people are terrible. Work from home. Create your own business. If you have tons of disposable income laying around and you want a chance to make good money this could be a good fit. Tread lightly though.

Cons

They have two training classes a month (my class had over 50 people), after 3 months my training class was down to less than 8 people. They bring in tons of people to lay some groundwork for their hirer level recruiters expecting 75% of each training class to fail. It is entirely commission base but they do pay you a draw. So every bit of the base wage you receive will need to be paid back. They pay you like $10 an hour until you make your first deal at which point they pocket 70% + of the commision. They say it takes about 10 weeks to make a deal but I see people go 6-12 months with nothing. And they just expect people to live off $10 and hour??? After all their fees you bring in maybe $1200 a month.

Pros

flexible schedule if you are succeeding.

Cons

boys club environment, does not strive to bring in diversity the business model as a whole same coaching provided over and over again from leadership that doesn't equate to much except to make as many calls a day as you can for "urgent inventory" cold calling to build your own business, sales-y approach and pushy script This is a sales position, not a recruiting role company asks employee's write a positive glassdoor review during onboarding process.
