Pros

Our remote recruiting environment is a very efficient way to conduct business. We have all the tools to effectively communicate with the candidates and the companies we serve. We have regular team meetings that keep us connected. Our coaches share company information and they bring us together and set short-term goals. We are constantly discussing the metrics, strategies to improve and recognize greatness.

Cons

As a new employee, the online recruiting tools are infinite in usage. It is like learning a new language, but we are always able to find someone to help support us with our tasks.

Pros

As a military spouse we move every 3-5 years and starting a new job every time is just not for me. GPAC has given me the opportunity to continue working from home wherever we may get stationed and to have a career I am passionate about! From the trainings, tools, Support and guidance with coach's, and teammates, there is nothing that can stop me except myself. I am excited to be apart of the GPAC family!
