Pros

Earn your full potential based on what your willingness to put in the work, uncapped earnings. They provide all the tools needed for your home office. They have great training and support. Great energy and lots of team work. Work from anywhere with internet or hot spot. Hard work in the beginning but the work/life balance will follow based on your organization.

Cons

You must hold yourself accountable. If you have difficulty managing your time or balancing your personal and work life, this may not be the job for you. Like any job, you must put in the time to be successful.

Pros

You can work from anywhere, it is remote but you never feel like you are alone. It has a great family feel and everyone is approachable and willing to help. We truly work as a team.

Cons

Like any job, there is a learning curve when you start. There are a lot of tools and information that you need to learn to use properly.
