Great energy and lots of team work. Work from anywhere with internet or hot spot. Hard work in the beginning but the work/life balance will follow based on your organization.

Cons

You must hold yourself accountable. If you have difficulty managing your time or balancing your personal and work life, this may not be the job for you. Like any job, you must put in the time to be successful.

You can work from anywhere, it is remote but you never feel like you are alone. It has a great family feel and everyone is approachable and willing to help. We truly work as a team.
