Great Company

Pros

*Family Owned and Operated *31 Years in Business *Good People *Strong Values *Flexible Schedule once you've proven yourself *Non-Corporate Feel *Incredible Income Potential *Good Training Program *Referral Bonuses *Work anywhere you want to *Fulfilling and Meaningful Work *Truly want to see you be successful *Growing Company *Financially Healthy Company

Cons

*Pressure to produce (this is a sales, commission oriented position. If you do not produce results, it won't be a fit. However I will say, they are patient with folks who really want to be successful but may be struggling to generate results) *It can be hard (there are some variables outside your control, like candidates taking another job that is not yours, for example. You can do everything right and still not have a deal come through, which is frustrating) *Only two offices in U.S. (Sioux Falls, SD and Phoenix, AZ) - if you like that face-to-face interaction with your co-workers, you need to be located in those two cities, otherwise you are probably working remotely *Very low Base Pay (you are on a Draw and it is barely livable income) *Other expenses deducted from paycheck to cover Tools Cost (tools are what we use to help find candidates - LinkedIn, for example)

Pros

Being able to post on a platform so readily used by job seekers can be a huge plus when trying to source a candidate for a position. GPAC gives you all the tools you need to be successful

Cons

It is a little hard to figure out how to get what you need when you don't know what you need! To determine what needs to happen first can be a little daunting.

Great career

Pros

I have only been with GPAC a short time, but in that short time, I've been reached out to by over 15 people who are in higher positions than I. They want to help you succeed and become a successful recruiter.

Cons

This position is a commission based commission, if you aren't willing to put in the work you WON'T make the money! You are in charge of your own destiny at GPAC. But if you are willing to put in the time you will be successful and have freedom to enjoy life!
