Pros

Work Life balance - after hitting your goals Remote work Excellent opportunity for earning's Training and support This is a straight commission business - each individual must build it and learn how to function on their own. Those that do, enjoy the dollars and minimal supervision. The company employs coaches to keep the team producing. It takes someone who is upbeat, dilligent, willing to work within the company parameters. Those that do are highly successful. Great culture, I have never been denied help of any kind.

Cons

Takes time to ramp up but once momentum is achieved the sky is the limit with earnings

Pros

Proven system to be a successful recruiter All the help you could possibly want! Dependable company that has been around for over 30 years Work hard--play hard! Can be done from literally anywhere in the world.

Cons

Being a recruiter is more than just a 9-5 kind of job. It is much like starting your own business. However, instead of doing it alone, you have the 30 + years of GPAC experience behind you. Being successful means having to put the work in and understand that there are ups and downs. But putting in the work will get you success. It's not really a "con" but it really is a work hard play hard atmosphere with stellar people who are at the top of their game.

Pros

* It is your choice to make the best of your own career here and the success does follow. * Top professional recruiting firm, paying the highest commission rates in the country. * Financial FREEDOM. In a world where there are many non-secured positions, this position creates security, you can't get laid off from producing. This position allows you to work hard, no matter what economic challenges we face and you still can make a great living for yourself and your family. * Remote position, where you are trusted to do your job and do you job well, on your own time. When results are delivered, you have the freedom and flexibility to use your own time wisely. * Access to full benefits, a great 401K matching program, health insurance, all inclusive trip incentives. * A very challenging position that will test your character, drive, ambition, mental toughness, will and desire to be the best. *The ability to be a direct business partner with dozens of companies, in many industries, assisting them with driving their bottom line and impacting their growth by providing them with top talent nationwide. *The ability to assist candidates nationwide seeking new careers with the top businesses, that will offer them growth, flexibility and over-all better opportunities. * The ability to grow a team of successful recruiters and a culture of winners who are fun to work with, inspiring and are creating the best version of themselves. It is amazing to see so many wonderful people creating a lifestyle for themselves, where money isn't an issue, neither is flexibility. I love to watch people make their dreams come true in this role. Whether it is: buying their first home, paying off all of their debt, purchasing investment properties or lake cabins, taking their kids to Disney World, watching their kids at all of their activities, working from anywhere, spending more time with loved ones, taking those fancy & fun vacations and not missing a beat. That is what life is about. You CAN create the lifestyle you want and deserve.

Cons

*Not everyone is wired for the grind that it takes to start a profession in recruiting from scratch, even when they are provided the training, support, tools, platform and keys to success. *Not everyone has the ability to manage themselves in a remote work environment. There can be a lot of distractions that prevent someone from getting dialed in and relentless. *It is not a business where you can come in with or without previous recruiting experience and see instant gratification or success. It takes time, full commitment, being 100% bought into the process, being resilient and persistent. * Not everyone wants to be a hunter, some people like to farm. This business requires both seeking new business as well as maintaining current clients. *You have to deliver results to get paid really well. Not everyone wants to have to deliver results consistently in order to get paid. *Not everyone has accountability, therefore they don't like to be coached and don't want to get better. This is a role where you have to get better everyday by listening, retaining and applying what works. *Not everyone likes production based businesses, this is a production based business. If we do not successfully help our clients or candidates, we aren't filling the obligations of the role. *Not everyone wants to wake up everyday and be their best, this position is selective, it takes someone who is above average everyday.
