- Great people to collaborate with. Working with success-focused individuals is a breath of fresh air. - Fun team environments. Most of us work remotely, but you and your teammates decide on the culture of the team and it should be fun. - Geographic freedom. What can I say? I can work from anywhere. - Financial opportunity. If you are an entrepreneur and treat the job like your own business, then you will be successful.

Cons

I like my job so much that I sometimes work long hours. It just doesn't feel like work. Time management is essential to succeed.
