      Pros

      Training is top-notch. Being new to recruiting gpac provides all the resources you need to learn the business and become successful. The culture is extremely positive and collaborative. Even though I am working from home I never feel alone. There is always someone there to help when needed.

      Cons

      Recruiting is a hard business to get started in. You have to be self-disciplined and have the internal motivation to succeed. The good news is that gpac provides everything you need to help you stay motivated and ultimately successful. But you have to want it.

      Working with this recruiting firm has given me the freedom to embrace my entrepreneurial spirit and indulge my passion for research, connecting with people, using technology, and enjoying flexible hours. Our culture is refreshing and our team is incredibly supportive, always available to provide advice or help when you're dealing with a pressing client or candidate issue. The level of flexibility is fantastic, especially when I think back to my previous job, where I was confined to a desk and constrained to managing people during set hours and beyond. Being able to manage my own schedule and work at any time of day is a liberating feeling.

      Cons

      Although it may not be a drawback for me personally, it could be for some individuals. If you prefer a work environment where you are instructed on what to do or are accustomed to working within the rigid confines of a 9-to-5 schedule, this job may not be suitable for you. Our main focus is to grant our clients and candidates access to transformative opportunities, and we are committed to being available for them even if it means working late on a Friday evening at 8 pm.

      The unlimited income potential is unmatched! The work life balance is amazing. Remote from virtually anywhere you want to go. Rewarding work

      You have to be disciplined and consistant and it will take a little bit to get going which can be frustrating but once you get past that it is well worth it!
