Pros

If you absolutely need a job, they will hire anyone! The managers "coaches" are forced to have at least 25 people on their team. With the rate of turnover, they can never maintain that level. In your interview smile and say you would love to work there and you're hired! (It beats flipping burgers and you can work from home!)

Cons

Micromanagement. They preach freedom and flexibility, but even when you are out of the draw you are getting "asked" to be more productive. If you want to make $100k they will tell you that's fine, but when you are pacing your own goals they will tell you if you aren't willing to work 24/7 to be successful then you need to quit (this is direct from the COO in a morning, company wide, call) They are living in the 80's, their software is outdated and they believe it is top of the line. Any other staffing firm will tell you these tools are archaic and nobody should be using them. Currently they are creating their own software so they can have "proprietary" information, to help better enforce the non compete. They force 100 cold calls a day (again living in the 80's) and then want you to send all of your emails, messages, and do your online searching at night. Upper Management are all the owners college buddies, it doesn't seem like any of them have any management background (they were just good recruiters in the 90s) They lead by fear and intimidation and never listen to what you say. A common response you'll get is "I understand, but could you be doing more" or "I understand, but we need you to do more"
