Pros

The only positive is working remotely

Cons

I started on a new team with a new coach in a new industry. This position was stressful, I did everything right and never got out of the draw. The thought of waking up every day wondering if I am going to be fired because of a draw balance. It doesn't matter how many placements you do and make money for gpac, They do not want you in the draw. If a company doesn't pay, you will be penalized for collection fees. They never talk with you about the collection fees you are responsible for, and when a payment towards collection comes in, they don't tell you how much went towards the fee. All you see is what they tell you on the commission spreadsheet. I inquired why I was still paying for the use of their laptop for two years! It is a cheap laptop and what you paying has paid the thing off twice. It is a good position if you are new to the industry and do not have financial commitments or a family to take care of.

Pros

This place is a joke. Google better buisness bureau if you think this is a joke.

Cons

You don’t make your salary of $1500 every two weeks you actually bring home at least $800-$1000 If you make a commission check and you are in the “draw” you did all that hard work for nothing because you won’t ever see a penny of that money. They make you pay for your tools $140 every PAYCHECK for softwares used to find candidates; indeed, careerbuilder, zoom info, LinkedIn recruiter) Recruiters are forced to have 100 job postings up and active when they aren’t even real jobs. They will try and sue you if you go out and find another job. Coaches make 90K a year and do absolutely nothing but breathe down your neck meanwhile the Recruiters make 35K a year before taxes.

Pros

Working remotely which other organizations offer

Cons

I was fired because I did not pick up the phone when instructed. Most demanding job ever. Extremely racist towards black folks. y manager was new from upstate NY. What a nightmare... Then his boss was new as well. I was the only one making outbound calls on the team and still got fired. I was places in the worse industry ever... Water Well Drilling!!! what the hell. I am a paralegal with lots of experience in mortgage lending which is the industry I expected to be. WWD?? I quite my job for Water Well Drilling extremely disappointing. I should have been given options as to which industry do I enjoy talking to on a daily basis.
