Challenging, but rewarding environment. Strong values on developing people in-house and giving opportunity to pursue your passions. Willingness to take risks and pivot quickly - something rare for a company this size

Cons

Reactive nature of the environment can be exhausting at times, but you need to have good perspective. Leadership does deep down care for and support people, just doesn't always show it.
