Pros

I love the culture, environment, and the management within gpac. They are always there to explain things that you do not necessarily know and they are always 100% honest! I plan to stay here until I can't stay anymore. Go GPAC!!!! My forever home!

Cons

I have not had any downsides as of yet since I've been a part of the pac. The only down side would be getting off work and finding a way to take your energy down from all the excitement throughout the day.

Highly rewarding career with great pay, Benefits, and 401k. The first year or so can be very challenging to build your business and that's exactly what it is. Your business, you are given the tools and support to be successful you just have to get after it.

Cons

Not getting in with this company sooner.

Pros

gpac offers an opportunity to not only help others but to enhance your own lifestyle. I have the opportunity to be flexible with my kids' schedule, take vacations and have down time. However, I have the work hard/play hard mentality. This role has become my passion and it is challenging but I enjoy it! #workhard #playhard

Cons

If you are used to working in a remote setting, gpac is where it is at for you. If you are not used to working remote 100% - some people may struggle with that aspect, despite the video training.
