Pros

Flexible work schedule, remote work

Cons

It’s a “what have you done for me lately” mentality. My colleagues and I were witness to some VERY shady interactions/transactions that were allowed because the acts were from proven producers/money makers. Our “coach” is nothing close to that. Many team members do not get the support they need when they need it. There is no sense of urgency when a recruiter needs help, however, when leadership needs something done recruiters are expected to act with a sense of urgency. I’ve worked in the professional world for many years and have never worked at a place that has such a poor culture, while promoting an amazing culture.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, casual dress

Cons

Unrealistic expectations in relation to how low the pay is hence the high turnover rate. It got my foot in the door with sales so I could go on to find a better job but there are definitely better options for recruiting companies to work for in denver.
