Pros

The potential is unlimited. The management and leadership team invest in you and give you the tools to be successful. They are there to guide you and want you to be successful!

Cons

Nothing so far. Person needs to be a self starter to dedicate themselves to the job.

Pros

Training department does a decent job teaching the basics

Cons

1 Micromanagement as well as leadership has restructured multiple times over the last couple years. 2 Greed. You pay $500 per month to have access to the “tools” aka basic softwares needed for recruiting. You are on a $50k draw salary and earn less than 30% commission due to their “channel partner program”, so if you make a $20k placement you will earn less than $6k commission while gpac keeps you in a negative draw balance 3 dog eat dog. Recruiters internally will take your candidates and clients 4 culture. They love to claim they’re a family business but have Frat Bro culture top to bottom. 5 turnover. We had 700+ recruiters less than a year ago, probably down to 450 now. Training classes every month with new hires with probably 15+ not making it the first month
