      It’s basically an MLM. Low pay, high expectation of spending your free time working, even though they’ll say otherwise. Poor leadership.

      Get Out What You Put In

      Pros

      I came into gpac right out of high school because I saw potential to create my own path. At gpac you decide how successful you want to be, how much money you want to make and what hours you want to work. You get constant support from management and if you put in the work the outcome is so rewarding!

      Cons

      It's not easy. There is no guaranteed salary. If you want the big bucks you have to put in the work.

      Toxic culture, No work-life balance

      Pros

      The ability to work from home, there is an opportunity for high earning potential. (Although no one I worked with ever achieved it. )

      Cons

      Very toxic work culture, enough is never enough. If you don't have any other hobbies or life outside of work this would be a good match for you. No constructive criticism or feedback is given, only negative and asking for more. Very money hungry company. You are a number to them, not a person. Being cussed at and bullied if you don't meet their expectations that week is not a professional or sustainable environment.
