Pros

The people, the atmosphere and fast-paced environment, having the ability to write your own check, run your own business, and have all the resources available at your fingertips at no cost...what a HUGE plus!

Cons

I think that an individual is one of the biggest hurdles to overcome; meaning, a person can only hold back themselves.

Pros

They give you all the tools to succeed and already have a proven method to be successful. If you are disciplined, relentless, and hungry for greatness, there isn't a better career! The culture is team oriented and competitive, with an understanding of life/work balance. They have company outings to local sporting venues and trips to exotic vacation destinations. So many opportunities to be successful and have fun individually and as a team!

Cons

It is YOUR business and you get out what you put in!
