Pros

Amazing culture that supports hard work and effort. Everyone at gpac is super positive and LOVES what they do. Doing good for our candidates and client companies is stressed above all else.

Cons

The only con is the NASTY winters in Sioux Falls, but I don't think gpac has any control over that. Or DO they??

As a company, gpac does an exceptional job giving a warm welcome to their clients and candidates. It is a large company giving their clients the attention and dedication they would receive from a smaller firm. gpac's main goal is to grow people and companies, and that is evident throughout their day to day work as a recruiting firm. Very impressed with their quality of work.

Cons

Everything was great working with gpac.

This company is full of outstanding, full of character employees. With such a challenging job, those who survive their challenges go on to be highly successful. I credit a lot of this to the culture of team-work, and working with a high-powered of engine known as "the pac".

Cons

Steep learning curve in combination with commission income can put pressure on those early in the development process.
