Draw salary (you essentially pay them for the opportunity) Bad benefits Steepest fees in the industry (not competitive in marketplace) Insanely high turnover rate

Nothing.....run far far away. By far the worst decision I ever made working for this company.

Cons

Unethical; Management plays favorites; Never follows thru; Shady business practices. If I could give negative stars I would.

If you have the right coach, you will succeed. That coach will provide you with: -defense from the same repetitive upper management -guidance and continued training -w/l balance

Cons

Repetitive settings regurgitating the same thing. Micromanagement Continued changes Zero communication to anyone that is not in the click Toxic work environment
