Pros

Work from home and provide laptop.

Cons

Everything they promise you is a lie. You do not make your own hours, you have to follow their recruiting style or you are reprimanded, even if you are exceeding their expectations for recruitment. If team leads do not like you on a personal level, they go out of their way to get rid of you. Even if you are exceeding expectations by company policy. They only follow company policy when it suits them but if they go against company policy and you call them out on it, you will be fired immediately. They have outstanding expectations, and do not train you properly to follow, set expectations. Even if you do meet or exceed their expectations, they can still fire you for any reason. They say that you're guaranteed the position, however, you are not. There are 80 to 100 employees hired every two weeks and within the first 2 months 50-70 of them are either let go and or they quit due to the lack of training and unrealistic expectations. By the fourth month there are less than five left in that class and usually within 6 months there are only one or two who actually have permanent jobs there.

Pros

Learning how to navigate tools.

Cons

Everything here is a con. From upper management down. You are micromanaged, you are told it is your desk, but they control every inch of it, an outrageous, draw, balance, and the fees they charge companies is ridiculous. You will be let go at the drop of a dime. There is a high rate of turnover. And when upper management in and made changes to the structure, it got even worse. We are nothing more than data entry specialist. You find your own clients your own candidates but we have to pay somebody the cost of tools and 70% of our commission and we never get out of our draw balance because of it. They expect you to work all the time Which is wage theft and they have you in meetings all day long with them covering so-called training that we’ve already been through a number of times. It will cause you stress and anxiety because if you don’t answer the phone, there is a price to pay. New recruiters will come on board out of training and have no idea where they are supposed to turn. This place is a joke. I quit because I saw the structure of this company as a whole and hoped it would get better. It did not.

Pros

You can Work from home.

Cons

They place you in what ever industry they want to. They have you make up stories to the candidates stating they have jobs available when they don’t. Their fees are terrible 30 percent of the first years salary. The coaches are unprofessional and swear a lot.
