Pros

The other people trying to make a living there were awesome. We were all bamboozeled. They hire anyone and the churn is high. They also called meetings after hours and send emails on your days off.

Cons

Poor leadership. Disrespect from management. Phone calls are monitored. Verbally abused in meetings.

Pros

Training on applications, but they do so fast training you will learn like crap. I started less than 3 months ago, and I already want to quit, but I needs some type of income.

Cons

everything is horrible, pay is a joke 24k a year minus the app you have to pay. That means you make like 10 hr, horrible. You will hear "make calls" all day long. You get called out for not making calls. All their data is out of date. I have called people who have passed away or have retired. WHAT A JOKE.

Pros

Work from home and provide laptop.

Cons

Everything they promise you is a lie. You do not make your own hours, you have to follow their recruiting style or you are reprimanded, even if you are exceeding their expectations for recruitment. If team leads do not like you on a personal level, they go out of their way to get rid of you. Even if you are exceeding expectations by company policy. They only follow company policy when it suits them but if they go against company policy and you call them out on it, you will be fired immediately. They have outstanding expectations, and do not train you properly to follow, set expectations. Even if you do meet or exceed their expectations, they can still fire you for any reason. They say that you're guaranteed the position, however, you are not. There are 80 to 100 employees hired every two weeks and within the first 2 months 50-70 of them are either let go and or they quit due to the lack of training and unrealistic expectations. By the fourth month there are less than five left in that class and usually within 6 months there are only one or two who actually have permanent jobs there.
