Pros

This place is a joke. Google better buisness bureau if you think this is a joke.

Cons

You don’t make your salary of $1500 every two weeks you actually bring home at least $800-$1000 If you make a commission check and you are in the “draw” you did all that hard work for nothing because you won’t ever see a penny of that money. They make you pay for your tools $140 every PAYCHECK for softwares used to find candidates; indeed, careerbuilder, zoom info, LinkedIn recruiter) Recruiters are forced to have 100 job postings up and active when they aren’t even real jobs. They will try and sue you if you go out and find another job. Coaches make 90K a year and do absolutely nothing but breathe down your neck meanwhile the Recruiters make 35K a year before taxes.

Pros

Strong support from leadership and colleagues, have made some very strong bonds with team members, has made me mentally stronger than I have ever thought, you encounter amazing people from client companies to applicants, you can make some great paychecks, great insurance, good 401(k), etc.

Cons

You work 7 days a week. Any off day whether sick or vacation really slows your desk down. You have very strict KPIs to be met and when starting it's a lot initially thrown at you during boot camp/training. You are working against a draw, and if you're in the draw your draw balance gets taken from any commission... which means you constantly have the pressure to meet expectations or it's a lousy check.
