Pros
There aren't any, Other than you work from home, so i guess there's that.
Cons
They will make you work over time and on your days off, they don't care as long as you get money to them. They make you sign an NDA so you can't "steal" clients from them, but really it's that they don't want the many people who quit/ they fire to get better jobs from rep. companies and possibly taking the revue that they don't give you. They make you "pay into a debt system" that you have to pay back every time you make a sale, which already sounds like an mlm scam. Everything is your fault, not the fact that their crm program is just terrible.
