Pros

I have been with Gpac for over 5 years. This has been an excellent career change. They have given me the tools to be successful and spend considerable amount of time to make it happen on my desk. It's a great culture - You know exactly where you rank with the other recruiters - which in turn motivates and pushes you to the next level which is uncapped potential earnings.

Cons

Like any other strictly commission job, you will experience peaks and valleys. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. You will struggle. However, that's when your coach steps in and brings you back to reality and helps you make some serious ca$h.

Pros

Fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the office. My coach is always ready to help me knock down any hurdles that interfere with performance. Everyone in this organization is working on the same goal (including management and owners), which is not the norm for most of corporate America.

Cons

You don't punch a time clock, because your building your own desk of business, so it feels like you need to work 24/7

Pros

gpac offers such a competitive commission structure, you wont find anything that compares. You work hard, you are going to be rewarded from it. You don't need previous experience to come in here, learn the art of recruiting, and change your life.

Cons

This is not an 8-5 gig, if that's all you're looking for, keep looking. Recruiting becomes your lifestyle. If you love what you're doing, you'll never work another day in your life.
