Terrible company

Pros

None. This is a toxic work environment.

Cons

Everything. They say to follow their formula which is outdated and doesn’t work. You have to pay back what they pay you so it’s 100% commission work. The managers are toxic. Everything is toxic.

Pros

You can Work from home.

Cons

They place you in what ever industry they want to. They have you make up stories to the candidates stating they have jobs available when they don’t. Their fees are terrible 30 percent of the first years salary. The coaches are unprofessional and swear a lot.
