I really can't think of any honestly. Worst work experience I've ever had.

Cons

Company promotes themselves as having "family values," but will be the first to fire you if you need time off to deal with family emergencies If you're not religious you will not fit in here. The company only cares about making money, they don't care about the wellbeing of their employees. If you don't make placements you end up deeper and deeper in debt to the company since its 100% commission. They expect you to devote every moment that you're not sleeping to recruiting. Company culture is toxic

Micromanaging, poor leadership, 60+hrs per week, required to make 60-100 cold calls every day, can’t get benefits or 401k until you’re 1 year in with the company and you have to pay for your company laptop, monitor and ear piece monthly.
