Pros

Great training and opportunity to make a ton of money

Cons

Micromanagement like crazy, you have very little time on some days due to multiple training, all company, and director meetings to get in the expected 3 hours of talk time, send out 25 inmails, post 10 ads, while managing your desk, They make you post ads for jobs that don't exist. Certain industries are much better for recruiting in but you have to stay in your lane.

DON'T DO IT

Pros

Cannot think of one positive thing.

Cons

They herd you in like cattle, listen in on your conversations. They make you go thru 2 weeks of training that teach everything but how to do the job. Then throw you out and listen in and tell you how bad you are doing. I am a seasoned recruiter. They do activities that are again my moral compass and when you ask about it you are shunned. Training class of about 50. When I left there may have been 3 from training left after 3-6 months.
