If you can land a placement, the pay is great

Cons

training just throws you right into cold calling. They have multiple people on the same team trying to search for the same position which just makes you step on each other's toes, but if you don't meet weekly sentout goals they will threaten to fire you.

You don't get much real help to learn how to succeed. Nobody really cares how hard you work, it's what you produce; meaning, figure it out quick or get out. They like to talk about being "sharks" and "wolves".
