They trick you

Pros

Remote work, laptop provided, monitor provided

Cons

100% commissions, draw 2x per month every month that you have to pay back before earning any commissions, you never have a chance to get ahead. They trick you into thinking it’s simply unlimited potential and it’s flexible hours - absolutely wrong. They expect you to work 8-5+ and have 3-4 hours of telephone time every single day. No vacation days. Said they would withhold pay if we didn’t submit “rave reviews” on social media.

Cons

Training that leaves you with more questions zero accountability from coaches or leadership on providing you with actual recruiting knowledge the repeated “it’s easy “ gets old you will be threatened multiple times with your position if you need time off and let the powers that be know they still act as if you should be present when they know you aren’t this company offer zero career advancement you will walk away or get fired not having learned a thing on how to help people and companies with their employment needs

Pros

-The ability to work remotely -Some really good people there -If produce at least $200,000 a year then life at gpac is fairly relaxed (about 10% of employees bill that or more)

Cons

-Extreme micro-management -They take the majority of your commissions -They threaten you with being fired -The terms of their agreement are are not even close to the market average making is extremely difficult for companies to want to partner with you -They will hire just about anyone with a pulse just to fire them a month later (They hired 80 people one month, but lost 75 people that same month) -Your success is largely dependent on the industry you're in and who your coach is -They tell you to put up fake job postings just to keep candidates flowing into your pipeline -Pray that you never have to take a deal to collections because you will never see that money. Even if you do get it, the lawyer takes 1/3 of it -Lots of pointless meetings that add no value
