Pros

Remote, really nothing else to share.

Cons

Poorly run, weekly calls that last for an hour focusing more on pumping the team up with unrealistic expectations. Service fee extremely high 33.3%, companies in the industry I worked in (Healthcare) was unwilling to pay. There fees were high and this came out of what was taken from our salary. Something like over $400 a pay was taken out for all the tools they "provided" us. Horrible place, I've never worked for something like this in all of my career as a recruiter. I suggest to anyone to run as fast as you can, if they try to poach you. It is not a good company. Read other comments, there are many.
