      It’s extremely fulfilling to coach someone to succeed in an industry that’s usually new to them. GPAC is a company that truly develops its people and i am thankful for the opportunity to help others realize their full potential. GPAC senior leadership help me develop my coaching skills and i in turn develop competent recruiters. Once the craft is taught and learned the team members I serve/coach will always have this skill to help them stay ahead in life financially. Laptop lifestyle! Work from anywhere and make a great living. Supportive senior leadership. No-nonsense Generous family ownership that are hands on and in the trenches with the team everyday.

      You will need room in life for a new passion. Recruiting when done as this company teaches becomes a passion.

      -Flexible Schedule -You get the opportunity to help people and really feel "Needed" -Coaching, Support, and Help whenever you take the time to ask -Coaches are there to hold you accountable for your goals -You are put on a team and everyone was very nice! -No income caps -Higher than market average commission percentages -Biweekly pay schedule -Benefits

      Cons

      -You will have good and bad months which can be emotionally/mentally difficult but it's just part of a commission based role -Must do a lot of cold calling in the beginning but they were very upfront about that -No focus on diversity/inclusion
