Pros
Some of the coworkers were great. Many have left the company but we still are in contact.
Cons
Unkept promises. They make everything look good when they are reeling you in, but once you’re in it’s too late. They have you lie to companies, lie to candidates, and you never get your commission when you do place someone. When you leave they expect you to return the equipment & lock you completely out to where you cannot retrieve personal documents. If they paid the commission, perhaps everyone would send the equipment back instead of holding it.
