Pros

I love being able work at my own pace and my own schedule. Some companies will offer this but make you feel pressure when you are not preforming or not completing the activities. gpac gives you all of the tools to be successful. The training is top notch, the continued coaching provides excellent guidance, and your team encourages you to keep going.

Cons

The only con I have encountered is having to build my area. This has not been a big issue for me as I am comfortable being on the phone. If you are not comfortable making cold calls, this job will be very difficult for you.

Internal Communication systems and immediate interactive celebrations of success

Cons

It does require a person to be active on Social Media and communication networks, including cold-calling, emailing, private messaging, etc...So, it might not be for some people.
