Highest paying job you can get in Sioux Falls without a college degree!!

      Pros

      Uncapped Income, flexibility, friendly/family type atmosphere, Million Dollar club is such an awesome idea!

      Cons

      Training for recruiter <1 yr needs to be more structured along with reinforcement/sustainment training and feel the meeting we have about properly filling out blue sheets/job orders should fall into this training. Sr Recruiters are just coming in later to avoid the meetings rather than having to attend but out of respect for my leaders I try to attend each one.
