Good company struggling with a bad HR and closed culture
Pros
Fine technology stack, you would find some good people who are dedicated to doing good work. C level executives are good and show concern for employees as well as some of the other senior management. Good paymaster and some of the employees are stuck here only because of good salaries. The company is playing in good domain and seems to have a bright future (for atleast 3-4 years)
Cons
Biggest negative for the company is the HR. From senior to junior HRs, most are corrupt and egomaniacs. Rather than helping employees, HR is more concerned in fulfilling their egos and showing their power over the employees. The second biggest negative is the finance department. You would have to send hundreds of email reminders to get a response from them. No 360 degree feedback for managers. Some undeserving managers who even don't have an engineering degree misuse it and their teams have no say to give any feedback for them.
